Office repaints that work around your business

Most Brisbane offices cannot afford to shut down for two or three days while painters work through the building. Desks, equipment, staff and clients need to keep moving. That is why after-hours office painting is how we do most of this work.

We come in after close of business, do the painting, and leave the space ready for the next morning. No lingering smell, no equipment left out, no mess for your staff to navigate. The work happens, you come in the next day and it is done.

This is standard practice for us, not an expensive add-on. If after-hours access suits the job, that is what we schedule.

What office painting typically covers

Every office repaint is different depending on the fit-out and the scope, but the most common work includes:

Wall repaints

Full colour refresh of office walls, meeting rooms, reception areas and corridors. We mask and protect every surface that is not being painted.

Ceiling work

Ceiling and cornice repaints, often needed when walls are refreshed to keep everything looking consistent.

Feature walls and accent colours

If the fit-out calls for a feature colour or a branded accent wall, we can work to the specification.

Touch-up and repair

Scuffs, marks, chips and nail holes are common in busy offices. We fill, sand and repaint to match, rather than just brushing over damage.

Trims, doors and architraves icon

Trim, doors and frames

Skirting boards, door frames and doors are often the dirtiest and most worn parts of an office interior. Repainting them gives the whole space a noticeably cleaner look.

The Ezicon approach to office fit-out painting

A few things matter more on commercial jobs than on residential ones.

01

Access and timing

We confirm the access arrangements before work starts. After-hours keys, alarm codes, building management requirements and any staggered access across floors are all sorted out upfront.

One clear price

Office repaints can have a lot of line items: multiple rooms, multiple colours, touch-up versus full repaint, ceilings yes or no. We itemise the scope clearly in the written quote so you know exactly what is included and what is not.

Minimal Disruption Icon

03

Disruption kept to a minimum

Paint smell, dust from prep work and equipment left in walkways all create problems in a working office. We contain the work to the area being painted, ventilate properly, and remove everything at the end of each session.

Clean and tidy every time

Furniture is covered, floors are protected, and we leave the space clean at the end of every shift. You should not be able to tell we were there except for the fresh paint.

Brisbane office painting for any size business

We work across all sizes of commercial space. Small professional offices, multi-floor corporate fit-outs, retail and showroom repaints, and tenancy make-good work between leases. The same process applies regardless of scale: clear quote, proper preparation, and the space left tidy.

Our portfolio includes commercial work across South-East Queensland. For the full picture of our commercial capabilities, visit our commercial painting Brisbane page or the painters Brisbane hub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you paint our office outside business hours?
Yes. After-hours and weekend office painting is a standard part of how we work. We confirm the access requirements with you upfront and schedule the shifts to suit the building and your team. There is no extra charge for after-hours scheduling on commercial jobs as long as it is agreed at quoting stage.
It depends on the size of the space, the number of colours, the level of surface preparation needed and how access is arranged. A single-floor open-plan office might be done across two or three evenings. A multi-floor fit-out takes longer and we would stage it floor by floor to keep disruption to a minimum. We give you a realistic timeframe in the written quote.
Not always. For wall repaints we can work around furniture that is covered and pushed to the centre of the room. For full room repaints including skirting and doors, it helps to have the room cleared. We discuss the requirements during the quote visit and agree on the logistics upfront.
