We come out and look at the job. We assess the substrate, the condition of the existing surface, the preparation required and the scope of the painting work. We then provide a clear written quote with a fixed price. No estimates, no ranges.

The prep gets done properly. Surfaces are cleaned, filled, sanded and primed as required. This is the step that determines whether a finish lasts, and it is never skipped.
